San Antonio – gener8tor, the first cybersecurity cohort to be showcased during San Antonio Startup Week.
On August 25, gener8tor kicked off its Cybersecurity Accelerator program with six cybersecurity participants. The gener8tor Cybersecurity offers a cutting-edge program in San Antonio, home to the second-largest concentration of cybersecurity experts in the United States.
gener8tor is a nationally ranked accelerator that invests in high-growth startups and supports the growth of these startups through its network of experienced mentors, technologists, corporate partners, angel investors and venture capitalists.
The six companies participating in this year’s program are Blocmount, Blue2Factor, Cyber Warrior Network, Exofense, Hertzian, and KeepAware. Half of the cohort is originally from the San Antonio-Austin region, and half relocated to Military City USA from Estonia, New York, and California, showing why San Antonio is a top 10 global cyber hub.

gener8tor Cybersecurity is housed within its partner company Geekdom, San Antonio’s premier collaborative startup community.

During San Antonio Startup Week, this cohort will showcase their companies to the community on Thursday, October 20 at 5:30 pm at the Briscoe Western Art Museum.
San Antonio Startup Week is a free week of panel discussions, workshops and keynote addresses for entrepreneurs of all kinds in downtown San Antonio.
