80|20 Foundation and Legacy Park will host an LLC Formation Celebration, a San Antonio Startup Week 2022 prelude event, to celebrate the companies born out of the San Antonio Startup Week-sponsored legal clinics on September 8 from 5 p.m. – 8 p.m.
The LLC Formation Celebration will take place at Legacy Park, a block from Geekdom. Also during the night, The 80|20 Foundation has partnered with Pinkerton’s BBQ to present Best Kept Secret – a wine menu featuring easy-to-drink, fresh wines meant to be enjoyed outdoors.
80|20 Executive Director, Alexandra Frey comments, “San Antonio Startup Week, along with Geekdom and DJ Law, sponsors a quarterly legal clinic in order to help entrepreneurs gain traction and turn their dreams into a reality. Sometimes all a person needs is someone to walk them through best and worst-case scenarios so they can finalize their path. The legal experts we work with help ease the minds of people wanting to get their business going and we give them that final push by covering the LLC cost.”
Come out and enjoy complimentary wine and snacks between 5 pm – 8 pm while we put the spotlight on the many LLCs created over the past 5 years and the attorneys who guided them along the way.
